During a particularly busy period at work, I was really feeling the pressure, especially as I was organising an important event with a tight deadline; after a couple of pranic healing sessions I really felt that I was more in control and went through all my tasks systematically and calmly ; the end result was a very successful event where I was praised for my calm and great organisation; I felt calm and in control and it was as if the planets had aligned for me.

 I am 73 years old and live in Bordeaux. I have been seeing Florence via zoom for quite some time now. She has been able to help me with a range of things but the most important for me was how Florence has been able to help me with my anxiety and panic attacks. This was quite life changing for me. Other areas Florence has dealt with have been neck pain and headaches and a general gain in energy. I went in a bit desperate and, above all, psychologically very unstable; it was impossible for me to manage my emotions, which were too violent and too heavy to bear, following complicated personal events.

The sessions helped me to regulate my emotions, to take a step back from the situation I was in, to take time for myself and to relax. These are moments when time stands still and my problems become lighter...

Today, 10 months later, not everything has been resolved, but I'm managing to stay calm on a more regular basis. I'm learning to live with what happened and pranic healing has helped me a lot.

I must admit I was sceptical before I came for a session. However, Florence put my mind at rest when I first met her. I was amazed after my first session how much more positive and calm I was.

I have since had several more sessions to cure a pain in my collarbone following a procedure two years before. A constant cough has now eased and my lungs feel clear, which has helped with my asthma. I cannot praise Florence enough for changing my life, both physically and mentally.
